Limitations and Disclaimers

• Audits are performed using black-box methodologies without access to source code
• We cannot guarantee discovery of all vulnerabilities
• Recommendations are advisory; implementation is client responsibility
• We are not liable for damages resulting from audit findings or recommendations

Intellectual Property

Audit reports and methodologies remain the intellectual property of BlackBox Forensics. Clients receive a license to use reports for their intended business purposes.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work will be delivered, and payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeline

• Technical Analysis ($200): 1 business day from payment confirmation
• Analysis + Expert Review ($800): 3 business days from payment confirmation
• Note: No rush service available - standard timelines apply to all orders

Payment Terms

• Payment required before audit commencement
• Secure payment processing via Stripe
• Refunds available within 24 hours of payment if work has not begun
• No refunds once audit work has commenced

Confidentiality

BlackBox Forensics maintains strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client website vulnerabilities and findings
• Business information shared during audit process
• Technical implementation details
• Performance metrics and analytics

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Third-party actions based on audit findings
• Implementation of recommendations
